Wade Neal has had the opportunity to build a variety of incredible homes since 1987. Quality and attention to detail are consistent throughout all of our homes.

We do not set out to build the most, but do build the best. Wade never starts more than one home at a time, while limiting himself to between 3 to 5 homes per year. Homes are scheduled at least 4 weeks apart to allow Wade to oversee and be involved in every aspect and detail of your new home.

Wade is a hands on builder who spends hours a day on each job, "Not minutes". Wade does not delegate any responsibilities to a foreman, to insure you get exactly what you want.
